Profile

My name is Bahir Muhammad. I work as an internal auditor at the Open University, a lecturer at the University of Jakarta, HRD and a lawyer.

While working as an internal auditor at the Open University, I ensured that internal controls in each unit ran as expected. To ensure this, I carry out supervision which includes audits, reviews, and other supervisory functions such as technical assistance and guidance. Apart from working as an internal auditor, I am a law lecturer at the University of Jakarta. Being a lecturer is very special for me, I can provide knowledge that students can apply directly.

I have experience implementing Tri Dharma at the University of Jakarta with extraordinary lecturer status, I teach courses in Constitutional Court Procedural Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Criminal Evidence Law, Religious Court Procedural Law, Law, and Civil Legal Skills. Apart from teaching, I also provide community service through advocacy regarding illegal online loans in Pangkalan Jati, Pondok Labu, Jakarta and counselling regarding children in conflict with the law in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. Apart from that, I have published a material book entitled Procedural Law of the Constitutional Court and a journal related to Risk-Based Licensing.

I have also worked at the MKP law firm and HRD at Qibar Technology Solutions. By becoming a lawyer and HRD, I can solve problems that exist in society, both legal problems and employment problems.
